atc 110 83', the motor that wont start

i got pi$$ed off and ripped it apart,now i know why it wont start, the bonedead who had it before me had a longer spark plug in it and ripped a piece off the intake valve, also it was caked with carbon guck.

So alls you gotta do it put on a new intake, new sparker, and go riding?
