question on newer master cylinder

i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem im having. i have 3 master cylinders for my 85 200x but they are all messed up. all three have busted bolts and all 3 have the e-clips so rusted i cant get them out to rebuild them. so i was wondering if i can get a cr125, cr250, 400ex, 300ex ect. master too go on my 200x bars and hook to my 200x brake lines. im new to this whole hydro brake stuff so i have no idea if these masters are the same or not. i do know the pistons in a master varies from master to master. im just sick of these old things. they all need rebuilding and they all have snapped off bolts that hold the res tank on.


any help would be great.

I believe just about any master cylinder will do. I put a yfz master on my tri-z. I know dirtcrasher has a cannondale master cylinder on one of his machines. Most use a 10mm banjo fitting. As long as it clamps on 7/8's bars you should be good to go. I went with a newer model so i could change up to some nice levers.

trr i cant get a hold of any ram for your machine. all i have is pc 3200 i never had anything that uses 2100. by time i buy 2100 to trade to ya i can buy 2 or 3 newer master cylinders.

do the masters work ? i need something i can bolt rite up and use. no rebuilding. i have 3 i can rebuild but i dont have the money to be rebuilding masters. at least one of them have to work. i dont care if they look like crap i cant fix that but they must 100% work.

yep the little windows are busted out...but are jbwelded up. 100% functional!

but how am i going to see my fluid level ? i guess i could trade my v-card for em. u got any pics of em ?
