Over the weekend I went and picked up a 350X for 150 bucks it needs all kinds of work but I think it will be worth it. I am going to see if I can get it running before I strip it down to the frame and do a rebuild. I got a few things for it on ebay yesterday like the kicker so I can do a compression test on it.
Anyways Iam sure I will be here more often now to research and ask questions. I did find the service manual online so that will help. I am going to need a lot of parts if anyone has some.
Thanks,
Ron

I have won some of the stuff I need off ebay. Other things I will need is stuff like voltage rec, Light switch, I'm not sure if I want to use the stock airbox or get the k&n one, I do have the stock one but its missing the air tube that goes from the box to the carb, Rear brake fluid res, swingarm carrirer sp, all plastics and seat, along with others.
What I want to do is see if I can get the motor to run so I can check out the trans and clutch then take it down to the frame and have it pc'ed and basicly do I complete rebuild.
If I do a complete rebuild of the topend is it worth doing a p&p and get a better cam? I havent looked that hard for a better cam are they even out there?
Thats it for now. Thank you for the welcome everyone. I sure I will be spending a lot more time here as work permits.
Thanks,
Ron
