You should see if Aussieduner can copy those front brake guards.

I second that motion, I remember back in the day if you had front fork gaurds you were the man.

That is a oem tank. the pic on the left is an oversized tank. I thought about having the guards painted black to match everything else. I still have them sitting in garage.

If Tony can repro them he could make them in real black plastic instead of painted. Send him a pm.
Do you have both sides?
johnny's X
08-08-2007, 01:54 PM
Yes I have both sides and they are in great shape. You guys think it would better than having the forks polished like they are

I think Dammit! is suggesting having them repro'd for the good of the trike community, to have more trick parts available for those that would like to purchase them, not so much for your particular trike. I think it looks awesome with the polished forks and overall.
Correct me if I'm wrong Doug, but that's my take on the situation.

I can send them to him if he wants them for a pattern, I am fine with that. I may change the seat back to blue also I am open for suggestions on it. its silver now

It usualy only takes one kick to get it stared. cold 1 for sure if I have been riding for a bit it may take 2 or 3 at most

I would defenatly buy a couple sets if Aussie were to repro them in a heartbeat!!!
JX- Dude the ride looks sweet personally I would run the blue seat with black "350X" on it, but other than that as we say in the Marines "FRICKIN' OUTSTANDING !!!!"

I love your 350x color combo. I like the seat the way it is. I'd polish the skid plate and chrome the engine (not tranny) air fins. If you could find someway to outline the shrouds with a white or chrome pinstrip of some sorts that would look cool too, but thats just personal opinion. But dont get me wrong, I love it the way it is too.

Yes I meant have Aussie repro them so others that want them could have some place to purchase them. He takes the mold from the inside of the parts so they would not be harmed at all.
And I do think a set of glossy black ones on your trike would look pretty trick also.

I clicked the pic on the left first thinking it was the after picture for some reason. Needless to say, I thought you were nuts until I hit the link on the right. Nice work! I think a blue seat that matches your frame would rock.

Yes I think I may go with a blue seat. I have a polished diamond plate skid plate for it that looks sweet on it. I might have to look into polishing the air fins also I never thought about that.

Looks like there is a camera shy little one in the first pic.
Great job! I want a 350x some kinda bad, but there are NONE around here. Only one's I would be able to get my hands on are on Ebay. I have my fingers crossed though.
And I would go blue on the seat as long as you can match the blue on your frame. I think the Honda blue colored seat would clash with the frame. Frame looks darker.

The frame is a Yahmaha color off of a wave runner. Here is some pics of frame and rolling chasis.

you might be a redneck if your shock ressy is a beer can and your air filter element is pantyhose, lol ingenuity, something the world should have more of

I think that if you put the blue seat on it would look great with the blue frame. But if the frame was silver it would be a sweet color scheme. But it looks great how it is, I wouldnt change anything.

im pretty sure I saw you ride by atc-erics' and my own camp a few times at trikefest 07. I really like your bike, its clean looking. Hell it looked pretty sweet rollin around in the dirt at trikefest too  I like the color scheme, I say leave it like it is! and the polished front forks looks is nice but a set of clean correctly reproduced black front brake guards would really set it apart from the rest of the 350x's. Its still nice lookin without them on there though but to each his own! :)
