whats on the go with this

my 200e will start first pull when you first goes to ride but after you was ridin around for a bit and shuts it off its really really hard to get goin again is it cause the engine get to hot or somthing and is there anything i can do to fix it

check the oil...flush the gas tank screen

Check your gas cap, vent could be clogged. When it starts to die, loosen and remove the cap and see it that helps.
