250sx Frame off Resto

Well I got this a few days ago. It has been sitting outside my inlaws neighbors for some years now. So I decided to walk over and ask him how much he wanted for it. He told me to load it up and we would talk about it later. So two days went by and he called and said give me 100.00 for it. Well long story short now its mine and it is going to get a complete frame off resto. This one is going to be opposite of my 350x, it is going to be all original when finished. Here is some pics the way I got it

ok so I cant find any damn pictures at the moment of my sx but it looked worse than yours when I bought. I will post up some pics tonight, but seriously that bike has good potential! and secondly, hows the differential and does the engine run?
