I am getting closer to finishing my project trike but I still need some parts. Some of these I can even find on ebay.

Front sprocket holder
Rear brake assembly (The actual brake part that grabs the disc. That whole thing) I have the master cylinder and pedal and stuff.
Gearshifter

I also need advice on what I should do. There are scratches on the cylinder where the head meets it. The headgasket covers these scratches but doesnt fill them and you can hear air leaking out. I thought I could use some hi temp silicone but it blew right out

Should I...

A. Take head and head gasket off and put jb weld in scratches then file smooth then bolt her up again

or

B. Take it to a machine shop and get them to resurface it. (Probably the best but then I'd need new gaskets and to travel 40+ miles.)

Can anyone help me out with any of these things?

negative on the JB weld, those engines get so hot in there normal running that it will turn jb weld to dust, get it resurfaced, this will also effectivly bump your compression ever so slightly, so to be on the safe side always run at least 93 octane gas in it afterwards
