How to obtain a PAYPAL claim...??

They had a "resolution center" that sends the seller my note. Is this how the process of obtaining a refund begins?? Or is there another way?

It's been 28 days with no response from one idiot but that part isn't even really needed. I won it for .99$ and I think it pissed him off.

Another seller is at 23 days with no parts or response from another, said he shipped 11 days ago....

That was an 86 200X rearend hub to hub so I don't think he liked that I won that for 81$ either. Axle, swinger, carrier, hubs, brackets etc etc lots of great parts and I NEED THEM!!!!!!!!

He won't respond to me.

Paypal stated up to 45 days for a claim, I thought it was 30???

I'm pretty sure that is how you have to do it. It's a pain in the rear, but sometimes it's needed.
