hello all
ive got a couple questions, im putting a 200x swinger on a 185s and on the swing arm that i have there was a bolt that attaches the swinger to the frame. now in the swinger there is a spring that the bolt goes thru and nothing else which creates a little up and down movement, i believe that something is missing to cause this prob. am i right ?

now that i changed the rear and have the x rear on there my chain is to small, do i add to the chain i have from the 185s or buy a new one if so wat size? do i buy one to fit the x?

Do you have bushings in your swinger?

The Thread reads "a couple questions", hence why I looked, but I don't own an X and in turn can't answer that question for yah.

If its a 520 chain , its 5/8 per link, measure from center of the axle to the center of the drive on the transmission. Multiply that by 2. Then add , the diameter of the driven sprocket to tooths edge plus the diameter of the same sprocket from tooth lull to lull then divide by two, then times by PI then by 0.75 (repeat to the rear sprocket aswell) take that huge number of inches and divide by 5/8.

Or:

Guestimate based on how much chain you have now in links by how much longer it should be.
