110 timing

i was wondering how do i check the timing on my 110, its running like chit and i think the spark is off and i really have no clue when it comes to checking/seting the timing.
oh its a 1979 BTW.

tdc on the "t" mark on flywheel corrosponds with the cdi unit being at the right mark

Check and adjust the points, the old 110's still have them.

it has new points and it is set at .014.
