Selling my 250sx, questions on selling it

Hello I have a quesion on selling my 250sx, does anyone know if there should be a statement on the bill of sale about not being responsible for any accidents or anything that I should be aware of when I do sell it, I thank you for your assistance,

Only if you are very wealthy. Frivilous lawsuits are insprired by deep pockets, so it would be extremely unlikley that an ambulance chaser would go after a private individual in the sale of a used ATV. However, make sure you are not sellling to a minor. It should be paid for and delivered over to an adult, and whether they give it over to minor becomes their responsibility, and not yours.

Thanks for the advice, I had it about a year and got it from someone it didnt run or anything so I have spent alot of time to make it run, but now it is time to part with it, and wanted to make sure there werent any law issues that I should be aware of, I live in Florida so wasnt sure, thanks for your help
