Rear wheel bolt pattern adapter question

Quick question

Does anyone know where to buy a bolt pattern adapter plate to change a 4/4to a 4/110 or 4/115.

The only one I found was big buck atv products for a 4/4 to a 4/156 and thats not what I am looking for.

I don't know where you could buy them. If you can't buy one, have them made. I machined 2 plates to adapt 4/110 to a Banshee pattern out of 1/2 aluminum. A mill made the holes and a lathe made it round. Then I pressed in 8 studs. I used all old school machines a CNC could make up some nasty spacers. I'm sure YAMAHONDAMAN could make em. It took me about 2 hours for a complete finished product.
