what is the best time to sell a 250r and 500r?

I have been collecting bikes and now i want to get rid of some. of course i want to get all i can get out of them. what seems to be the best time of year to sell them? I have a couple nice 250r's and my 500r that i want to sell off as well as a 85 flat track 200x and a 86 200x.

I looked at the market 3 months ago and it was a buyers market for sure. what time of year does that turn around?

I would say right about now is the best time to sell.Weather is getting a little cooler.So all the water toys are getting put away.Time to break out the land ones.In the last 3 months ebay was dead for small sales for me.It picked up big time this month.I also think after X-mas.All the little punk kids get some cash and need to spend it asap. :lol:

It also depends on location. Bikes are going for insane prices here in the northwest...

Completely, 100% location dependant. Here in the southwest, dune season is the best time.

i have a NICE but not mint 85r and a nice 86r, i have the 86 500r, and the 200x's. i also have a few flat track kits, progressive forks, engines, rollers, and more.

I am looking at moving and i just can not take it all with me. I have been thinking about keeping all the hard to find parts and selling the rest. :cry:
