Can any of you help me, I need to know the paint code or name of the yellow colour that is used on the frame on a 1985 yellow tri-z, thanks in advance.

the closest I came was safty yellow in PC its a touch brighter.. you could get alot closer with paint! TRY the 50th annv. yellow paint that should be easy to find from a dealer for the paint code.

Don't know about codes but this company has over 6500 powder colors and no one can touch them. http://www.nicindustries.com/index.php

Prismatic powers is a good company. You can send them a piece to match. They can even make a powder to match, but that gets costly. I don't think you can get a personal account with them. I have account with them if you need something let me know. They have a 5lb minimum though.

Sorry I should of mentioned before that i'm in England, I was sure i'd read in another post that there was a name for the correct colour, but it looks as though i'll just have to take my plastics in and see what their best match is.
