there's only the one oil plug on a 1985 110 right, the nut right by the footpeg towards the front of the motor

Yup, the other plug to the left of it is your cam chain tensioner.

My buddy removed the screw for the tensioner instead of oil drain plug. He just screwed it back in. Would this cause any problems?
