Can anyone tell me what kind of tires they are running on the front of their Z. I have the 25x8x12 and would like to switch to a 23x8x12 but can not find any that fit a 12 inch rim other than the 4x4 type. So if you have any suggestion or know of a 11 inch rim that fits let know.

If you want to run a 23 inch tire go with the stock 86 tire. Here is a link to it: http://www.tiresunlimited.com/dunlop_atv_kt701_kt856.htm Look at KT 732.

No problem, as for how they work i'm not exactly sure since I don't have one. I'm still running the stock 25 incher on my Z, but when I replace it i'm planning on buying the one I showed you. It looks like a decent tire though. I've heard good comments about going to the 23 inch tire on the 85 Z's, I guess it makes them handle quicker. Good luck!

mine doesn't bite too well, but it's bald so it's understandable hehe. It sucks yamaha had to go with a 12" wheel for the Z, there are only a couple choices if you want a 23".
