I have an 84 200x, and when I bought the trike it smoked really bad. It had already been bored out, but I thought there would be enough left to do it again. What I ended up with was 66.50 mm. Stock is 64 I think. It stopped smoking for a while but then started again. Is it possible that the cylinder walls are flexing because they are to thin. Any info would be helpfull. thanks. By the way it runs like real good. video of it on youtube. just type in crazyratt.

Ive seen 200 cylinders bored 3mm+, I personally wouldnt trust it that thin but they seem to work for others.

Stock is 65mm. I've been told 67mm is the max on a 200 cylinder, so your close, but not there yet.
Since you mentioned it runs good, but just started smoking again... When does it smoke? Like at start up, or during riding?
I would say its probably in the head. Might be a valve stem seal, and or a worn valve guide.
Could be a little bit too much oil in the engine also.
Only way to know on the cylinder head stuff is to pull it apart and check the guides, and replace the seals though.
I don't think the cylinder would be flexing though....just my opinion though.

Sounds like your good on the bore , But check the valves and adjust them .
if it still smokes replace them ...

Yup, like they said. Valve and valve guides.
