honda 185s?

ok so i was putting in a new cam in my 185s and the cam chain fell off the bottom sprocket and i cant get it back on can i get to it if i take off the alternator and the housing

You just gotta keep working with it, I've had this happen, and it is a pain in the ass.

you could take off recoil, flywheel, then the stator housing. its all rite there. not too hard but is a pain as said above. but by time your done tryn to fish the chain back on the bottom sprocket you may has well just take off the stuff and do it that way.
