ATC 70 Float?

All I did was put in a new float in the carb So do I has to adjust the float and if so how do I adjust the float in the carb?

Is the float metal or plastic? If its plastic then its not adjustable, if its metal then you can bend the floats slightly up or down. If you have already installed the carb in the bike and it doesnt leak and idles nicely, then I would leave them alone. Usually you only adjust floats if the carb is leaking gas.

The float is plastic? But my 70 always gets gas fouled?

You might have to move the clip on the needle up a notch. What color is your plug? Watch the plug color closely for a while to make sure you dont have it running too lean after you move the clip. If that doesnt work, you might have to rejet your carb.
