Had some fun Monster Garaging with my buddies 220 MIG welder tonight getting a somewhat rusty rear rack I bought recently from a 82 200 mounted to my '84 200S.
Got a nice dremel bit to cut through the plastic to get the tubes through, took off the bracket that supports the rear fenders, cut (2) pcs of angle iron, drilled holes in one side, bent a bit, and welded these newly cut rack brackets to the original fender brackets.
wire wheeled the rack, primed, painted, this thing turned out great!
Now I"m just looking for a front light rack to my 200S. Anyone have one?
