Was the trimoto 175 a standard clutch or a semi- automatic clutch?

Also, I heard of people putting dt 200 top ends on blasters. The blaster motor looks similar to the 125 and 175 trimoto's so would it be possible to have a liquid cooled trimoto?:TrikesOwn  :wondering :)

How would you make a liquid-cooled top end on an air-cooled engine? What would pump the water?

I only have 2 liqiud cooled sleds so i don't know much about liquid cooling.I was thinking of using the whole dt200 topend and all the liquid cooled parts.I have seen it done on blasters and they are the free airs too. I don't know how they did it though lol.

What gets me is that the lower end on a Blaster motor is all set up for liquid cooling with the water passages and a block off where the pump should go.

I thought I read that Blaster motors were originally for something else but then they made 20 million quads with the motors....

The trimoto is auto clutch.

It sounds like a cool thought but I don't think it would work. Do a seach but I remeber someone asking about putting a blaster top end on a trimoto and the top end studs were spaced differently. So it would take a ton of work to do what you want.

I would say no to the liquid cooled trimoto unless it is a totaly different motor.
