310 pro x jetting?

i just put a 310 pro x cylinder on my 85 250r. i am looking for help in the jetting department. here's what i have

pro x 310 top end

38mm airstriker

hand coned ct pipe / dg silencer

any help, thanks

Needle on the second to top or top groove.

Depending on what port work It has, anywhere between a 168-185 main. I would start big & If It Is dirty, or surges when wide open drop the main until It pulls clean top end. I run a 168-170 In mine, but your elevation might call for a leaner main.
