ok i fixed the chain tensioner on the KLT went to start it ...it wouldnt start so i come back like 10 minutes later to try again and the carb starts shooting gas out (they have fuel pumps) and it still wont start..its got spark. and 174 psi of compression a new carb (same thing with the old one ) what could it be? :wondering :wondering :wondering
where is it shooting gas out at? sounds like the float needle has got trash in it (i know its new) and its over filling the bowl, and its flooded like the missisppee

make sure the kill switch is clean, I just had the same problem. I started my 185s and it worked great no problem, hit the kill switch came back later that day and it wouldn't start. I almost gave up hope and than I jiggled the kill switch while pulling it over, started right up
