When I bought my 350x I noticed it had 2 inch wheel spacers installed on each wheel, and I want to know what do they really do? Does it add speed or just to extend the wheels out. I took them off but somebody tell me the pros and cons of them.

It extends the wheels out for more stability in turns. Also it helps to bend your axle.

So when you say it helps bend the axel do you mean that in a bad way? If you do then I'm gonna keep them off. Ill just add them in my massive collection of atc stuff.

If you take lots of large jumps, you have a higher chance of bending/breaking your axle because of the extra leverage the spacers provide. The farther from the carrier your wheels are, the more force they exert on the axle. I'd keep them on, I doubt you jump your 350X high enough to make a difference.

but, is it better to bend or break an axle or roll *Edited**Edited* trike and break some bones??? i kinda think it might cost more for the second option...

I think jumping 10 to 12 feet in the air or even more would bend the axels if I put them on. I maybe 18 but this isn't my first rodeo. No newbie here. Ill post the pictures once I find my friends camera.
(Landing the wrong way does suck thoe i want to get my shocks re-done soon)
