Over here in sandiego, california there a bunch of huge brush fires. Mainly in ramona and near the border, But I live pretty close. 4 years ago we had this stuff and I could see the red glow from the fire over the hill near my house. If they tell us to evacuate I'm gonna tell them to kick rocks and wait till I get my 3 wheeler loaded.
Well anyway where can you get rear tires with the spikes in them to race on ice from? And where can you get that ski thing that you put where your front tire would go.

you get the studs and put them in your treads .. not sure about the ski
I'd be putting a sprinkler in my backyard!!

back in the 90s i made a set of ski's for my quad and looked up all the old dirt wheel articals i could find and they said that a ski on a trike dosnt work real well at all.
the reason they said was that a quad is slightly under steered and a trike is 1 to 1 (a quads front tires dont move quit as far as a trike with the same handlebar movment) and that a trike with a ski will tuck or go to full lock when you turn.
so i guess they ment youll be fighting to keep the bars straight on a trike....but on a quad they are awsome

One of the things we have done up here especially if you got access to a lathe...
Buy a cheap hard tire (Turfbusters work great for this), and a tube. Drill a 7/16 hole in the center of every lug.
Buy a corresponding qty of 3/8 carriage bolts about a 1/2 to 3/4 longer then the depth through the tire. Also buy a number of flat washers 3/8 and nuts equal to the bolts.
Run the bolts through a lathe if accessible to put a point on them. Put the bolts in from the inside of the tire and use a washer and a nut on each and torque down nice and tight. mount tire on rim with the tub, inflate and seat. Drop pressure down to close to nothing.
Like Velcro on the ice, and makes short work of dead fall in the spring.
