Hello!

I'm so glad to finally find a place were people love trikes!

My name is Scott, I'm from Utah

Just bought a 1985 tecate(for only 500 bucks!!) +4 custom aluminum swing arm, DG pipe and muffler. removed air box, k&n filter... Not really sure what other work may lie in the motor, but it runs good, and is really fast... Looking for front brake reservoir and brake line... (anyone?)

84 200x stock
85 250sx Broken tranny... (anyone got a spare?)
84 200s stock

84 250R stock 500$ special, Excellent condition!

Had a few 185s's a while ago, sold them!

I'll try and get some pics up!

Oh yeah, that T3 of yours is off the hook! That was an awesome score dude! Looks like you snagged somebody's old race trike. Give us some closeups of that pipe and the swingarm.

Hey guys, thanks for all the replies...

I'm not really sure what kinda pipe it is... i'll have to take a closer look.

I'll try and get pics of the others, and some close ups of the tecate later today.

picked up two new 2007 arctic cat m8's today... they fill up the shop nicely! :)

p.s sorry for the huge pics!

I need to clean up the rear swing arm a bit... It looks ugly, but the structural integrity is good.

I got a couple videos of the tecate and the R running up and down a little, I'll work on getting them uploaded somehow...

The front tire on the R, it's on backwards, in case you didn't know?

How is your swingarm chain buffer (grooved real deep?) for the R, they are unavialable any more and new ones are being made up in a few weeks hopefully.

dude sweet tecate, that pipe looks great on there too. I wish I could find a deal like that, oh well maybe someday

also, nice cats man, those sleds must haul. Also a big fan of the air cooled R, I might as well just say everything you posted looks pretty decent and makes me jealous, haha

oh and welcome to the boards!!!

Thanks... The snomobiles set us back 9500 a piece... They are pretty fast, both are rated at 142hp from the factory! I can't wait to get em' out and see what they got... We need more snow here in Utah. We are picking up two more snomobiles in about an hour... a 2007 Arctic cat m600 rated at 118hp And maybe an m500, or a phazer gtx... Not sure yet, but ill post up some pics. The hopes is to rent them out a few weekends a month to make the payment on them it should be good.

I'll switch the tire on the 250r... I guess im a newb for not recognizing that :P

Huffa, I don't understand what you mean by chain buffer? Are you talking about the rubber peace that keeps tension on the chain as the shock goes down?

ohh chevy You should come here to utah! I just saw two 84 R's for sale in decent shape... 500 bucks a piece... I think the excess of trikes here must be attributed to the fact that sand mountain is located here... 600 foot face of pure sandage baby!
