350X front end on a 250SX?

OK first off I did a search and didnt find any answers I'm looking for. I just got Jcraigs 350X off him, it has a way better frame than mine but his engine is all "richard'ed" up. alot of the bolt holes in the head are stripped bad. The kicker shaft gears are also all jacked. but it does have a nice GOKI starter system. What I'm lookin at is transplanting my 350X engine into this other chassis and putting on the elec. starter. I want to pull the tripples and everything off mine (my original 350X) and put it on my wifes 250SX so it has a narrower front tire and disc brakes if this is possable. In turn put the 250SX front end back on the 350X, and slap an RMZ250 engine in it. So does anybody know if this front end swap is an easy swap or is it more of a project? any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Easy swap but a bit higher sitting than the 200X swap. Will require the same cutting off of the SX steering stop on it's frame and fabrication or addition of the stock mating steering stop from whatever front end you put on there.
