okay hears the scenario... i rebuilt the engine from stratch i had to get the crank rebuilt.. ever since i put it together its never been the same.. first time it tore up was because the circclip between the gears were broken.. ok fixed thaqt even brought a new countershaft and bearing.. put it togetther it ran strong.... now all of a suidden the clutch went out? i checked everything.., it has no kinda tension even with both adjust ments up top are out? and know i cant get it to go into nuetral?
