HI there.
Ive just brought my first atc trike, its a 200x
Ive rode moto x since i was 7, im 28 now and i still like to mess about on anything with a engine and wheels.
Ive just brought a 200x road legal which im just starting to take apart and rebuild.
Over here its very very hard for us to get parts and ive been on ebay .com but not many will post parts to the UK so im hoping a few of you may be able to tell me where i can find parts that i can get shipped over.
Anyway all the best.

To the boards man!
One way to get some ebay parts you really want would be to make friends with someone on the board that could buy and ship. Most of the people around here are good and trustworthy.
Shipping would eat you up pretty good though........
Post some pics of that street legal X!!!

Well, I dont think they'll be to bad.
I got an axle locknot from Germany shipped to me, I think I paid somewhere around $25.
As long as you dont want it in a hurry, it shouldnt be to much.
I hanvt had to much trouble shippin over seas either, and hasnt never been that much except here recently I shipped a 125m motor to the netherlands and it was $275 to shipp!!! but the eastern countries over there arnt that bad to ship to!

We get a fair amount of parts sent over from the US from people on ebay. Most sellers are very helpfull, and rarely refuse to send the stuff over:wondering
With the strength of the pound against the dollar at the moment its a good time to be buying parts from the US:beer
As mentioned above if you are really struggling there are loads of people on here who will package stuff up and send it over:) They are a helfull bunch:welcome:
What parts are you after?
'and there is quite a few of you crazy euros here as well!!! '
We aren't crazy, we are the normal ones:p haha
Jason
Cheers.
Well im going the full way on this cos i want it to be mint!!
So im doing a total rebuild and paint job and new plastics
Ive seen new plastics on ebay.com so i presume these are copies.
Has anyone had any of these and are they a good fit or nothing like the originals like most the other crap on there?
well I prefer the "copied" plastic thats made by maire, since its avail and I ride the hell out of my machines I dont worry about messing up expensive OEM plastic, The aftermarket plastic fits good and to me looks better than OEM, but if thats not the rought you want to take then, nothing can be said about that.

I assume its Maier plastics you are looking at? They will be pricey to ship, how bad are your current ones?
They fit fairly well and look good in my experience, they do take a bit of work to fit properly but once on they do the job:)
Options for plastic are limited, as its no longer available from Honda.
You could wait around for a good set of original plastic to come up on ebay, but you could be waiting a while and it will be expensive!!
I'm sure lots of peopl ewill have opinions on this.

bought a few things from rpm_atv, he's about 40 mins from me. Breaks my heart. It's a guy, his dad, and a buddy. They buy cycles, trikes and quads, but mostly trikes, and part them out on ebay. It's his business. Everytime I go in there, he's ripping apart trikes that are hella nicer than mine. It kills me.
It wouldnt hurt him to post it tho.
The buyer pays the postage not him.
And its no more hassle shipping abroad than it is anywhere else

Hi Wad and welcome.
Depends what parts you need, I had a brand new 250es starter shipped from the U.S. and the total cost was about £84, compared with £160 plus postage from a U.K. supplier so it pays to consider the shipping option and compare before commiting.
I recently contacted Maier to see if there was a U.K. agent, but they never got back to me so I don't know if there is a supplier in the U.K. or europe. Maybe someone on here will know and spill the beans!
Rob.
