Axle options for an 85 250sx?

Any help here would really help....... need to replace the rear axle due to former owner who loved his welder more than this 3 wheeler :( ..... thanks guys.

You have no options... The 86/87 is different and the ES and Big reds appear different to me also. I honestly haven't checked all of the ES years though..

EBAY has that axle all the time for under 50$, just keep an eye out.

My ring and pinion went out in mine. I ended up swapping the entire swingarm/rear axle assembly for one from an '86 TRX250. Check the link in my signature.
