The idiot that doesn't know how to pack a box or the US Post office? This is just the kind of thing that can upset a person! The only upside to this is I wasn't going to use that stem anyway. Glad I didn't pay alot for that lower triple tree. Thankfully if's Priority Mail. I'd hate to see what it would look like if it was Parcel Post?!

at least u got your parts. i got a near empty box before. my bud sent me parts and i got like 2 out or 8 parts. ooo and the tape was broken and resealed.

By the looks of that stem, was the part even worth the cost it was to ship?

I've had good luck on EBAY but a few young members here have sent me stufff in "homemade" boxes that didn't fair too well, lol....
