anyone running tire slime? i picked up a nail today in my 200x's front tire..... what a pain. I've held back from the green stuff in my tires thinking it could freeze or just become ineffective after awhile....... anyone have luck with this stuff?

I've used it without issue in the past. IMO it's easier to use a 12 cent tire plug tho... and alot let messy if you ever change your own tire.

for real ... plug it. Slime is my favorite but I hate all that stuff.

Both probably wouldn't hurt...plug it and slime it for the next nail that comes along:Bounce

slime is a band-aid, not a fix... It is not a replacement for a patch or plug... It may work on an old weathered POS tire that really should be thrown away... But the only thing that slime is really good for is pissing off the tire guys when you need a real repair, or a dismount...
