Snow storm on the way............

The begining of this week they have been saying we could get a "Little" snow late this week. They said it could possibly be enough to shovel. Well the past 2 days have been interesting. They say the storm is developing drastically now and will hit here in the morning. They changed it from a Winter Storm Watch to a Winter Storm Warning. :w00t:

Looks like we will be getting some snow this weekend. I doubt we get more than a few inches, but I hope we get the full monty.
The down side is that I don't have any of my "Personal" machines running. Too burned out / broke to fix them right now. I guess I will play in the snow with the skid loader. Might get to make some money as well. lol

:w00t: keep us posted on your conditions.. I'm doing my shopping and running around today..I found a awesome deal on oak slab wood..$20!! a truck load,, as mutch as you can pile on!! Going to take the 8x12 dump trailer Monday,,he said $60 to fill it..heck I cant even get a face Cord for $60.

nice weekend to decorate the tree fire up the fireplace..and watch movies.....and shovel...:)

I think that storm is the one that went over us yesterday and dropped about 6 inches. I think we are supposed to have more snow today also.

We only got about 2-3 inches of sleet and freezing rain over here. We were without power here for a bit early this morning. It finally just now turned over to snow. I'll take that over ice anyday of the week.

There was a couple of inchs on the picnic table before it started snowing so we got about 12 + inchs (and still snowing here).

We ended up with about 4-5 inches total then the wind kicked in. We had to drive 30 miles ( one-way ) for personal reasons and the only trouble we had was the idiots that don't know how to drive. 15 mph on light snow / wet roads with 1 mile visability is dumb ( IMO ). I'm in my truck in 2wd ( no need for 4WD ) with no extra weight in it, and I had no problem doing 40+ ( and even I was holding up some people ).

Yeah that's the prob I had thurs. morning. Everyone was driving about 20mph and I was doin upwards of 50mph. Of course that was in a 6 bay truck with 240 5 gal bottles of water on it. Didnt have a problem with traction all day!:D

Here we have now 16 inches of know. We got 2 snowstorm, and they closed the school during these two day.
So if you want to make a new trail in the field you have to get the trike in first gear and pray.
