I weigh like 215 and it seems that ahock cant deal with it. A diet is out of the question :beer
Are there any cheap options for a different rear shock?

I used to weigh 215 and had no problems with the stock rear shock, are you sure yours isn't blown, is there damping to it yet ?
You jumping it or just casual trail riding ?
Is it bottoming out all the time, pogoing up and down or what ?
Did you test it with rear spring off, see if the shaft has resistence ?
yeah it seems to be ok... just can bottom it out. I need to get a spanner wrench I have 1 more adjustment I can do... I dont think That will solve it. I do put heavy things on the rear rack I should of mentioned that. I am sure thats added to it.

What about a 250 Big Red shock WP ? Would that bolt right on and wouldn't it most likely have a stiffer spring?
You have a 250 BR, right ?

Get another trike.... I love the SX but unless your just cruisin around and ridin wheelies your just too fat. Tough love bro......
My SX worked great when I was 185lbs, but I was confused at that point, working out and running allot in hopes of a new love.
I found her, she is 350X lbs of love and told me to quit running and drink more beer. I agreed, gained 20lbs and now life is bliss.......
LMAO!!!!! That was a good post.
