i think its a damn good deal, since i now got my honda. Funny thing is i traded a go kart i built for the trike... so lets do some math, go kart was $250 for supplies, guy was selling the yamaha for $700, now this guy wants to trade for a $1100 tool box, im slowly working my way up!
