350x forks on my 250sx dash location

I almost done doing the 350x sront onto my 250sx but i cant get the dash back on because now it hits the tank. anybody have similat problems. actually just the ignition hits maybe i can remount it someplace else on frame? any ideas??

It must sit back a bit further?? I run the 200X fronts and the dash is fine.

So you used the upper handlebar mounts from the SX top tree so you'd have the 4 ears for the dash pins to set into right? I'd use the X upper mounts and make your own flat bracket out of 1/8" aluminum with 4 holes in it that sets forwards just a bit.

That make sense to you?
