Fairly new member here. I've enjoyed the forum so far. Found a 85' 250sx way the hell off in Kansas on the classifieds here. Drove from Baton Rouge to Tulsa to get it. over 1200 miles round trip in 21 hours! Ride pretty much sucked but was worth it. First trike ive had since my 86 or 87 200m that I had in 88 or 89. ANy one recognize it???????

Put some replica decals on it and a rear rack for toting beers and Deers. Its like having a BIGRED but much more fun. Mike did a really good job on this trike. It has run great now that I put the cover back on the air box and took all the plates off of the super trap. He said he had it jetted to run rich and at first i thought maybe too rich. But then realizing that it came from about 1000 feet above sea level to da swamp here in da south at maybe 40 feet above sea level I figure it is too lean and runs fine with those two minor changes. Lost a little top end but doesn't stop running now. I was thinking that It may be a good idea to get it re jetted to be even richer to allow the use of the plates in the muffler again but Im afraid to mess with what is doing fine. Any opinions? I am also considering a 200x fender that will accept an OEM front mud flap (fender extension).--to keep the motor from getting painted so quickly. just a quick pic with my phone.
