The previous owner put a lot of work into that thing, and did it well too.
I usually don't like the super scoops but they actually don't look too bad on that.
Is that grab bar upside down? Or is it supposed to be lke that...

I don't think it looks bad at all but would not have painted the kicker and foot peg brackets white but that's nit pickin it, the guy took is time and took care in what he did, you can tell.

Muffler is different from the norm, so he gets credit for that but it looks so huge on it, a bit too behemoth I'd say :D

Is that writing on the tank graphics, I can't really tell what it is ???

The workmanship is good but I don't particularly like the style of it. That is not restored to like new condition, that is a custom rebuild.
