problems loading pics from my pc

I've looked around the sight for advice, but so far nothing has worked. I have properly sized pics, but none of them will load from my pc. I don't really want to join a online photo sight. My dial up is so slow, i barely come here. Any help please. thanks

How have you tried to load them? I use the 'manage attachments' button below the advanced reply.
