i will agree it's a polaris scarmbler i think its 250 2 stroke at that

Yep it's a 250 2 stroke Scrambler, and I believe it was also one of the first ATV's to have a centrifugal clutch.

Don't forget the yt60s, trizingers, had a centrifugal clutch and they came out before the polaris.
