Ok Here is a Screenshot of a 1978 atc 70 wiring

First is the 1978 wiring pretty much the same as the 1979 atc 70 wiring ?

Ok It Shows A Black/White wire running into the coil then it shows another wire running out of the coil as a (Ground). See On my 1979 atc 70 theres only the Black/White wire running into the coil then theres nothing like that (Ground) running out ?

Theres not supposed to be a wire coming out of the coil to ground it. What the drawing means is that the coil grounds through the bolts you mount it with to the frame, not that theres supposed to be a wire.

Ok so then the green wire running from the On Off switch connects to the frame as a (Ground) also ?

Yes the dark green is the ground.

Yes so I connect the green wire from the On Off switch to the coil mounting bolt or the frame ?

On my big red the green wire was on the bolt that holds the coil, so yeah put the green wire on your coil bolt. Also make sure the mounting surface is clean with no rust, to get a good ground.

If that kill circuit is missing, any kill switch will work. One wire to the coil, other to frame / engine ground
