250r/cr250 motor question.

Will any of the motors out of CR250 bolt into my 85r? If so what years?
Or what bottom end could i use off a cr250?

None of them will, do a search - a few guys have talked about it.....

i had a 92 cr 250 motor completely installed in my 86r at one time.I had everything bolted up,but the motor would never run,bad bottom end.It can be done,but you got alot of things to overcome.you can make it,or anything fit with enough time.it's not a direct bolt in though
