200X troubles

Ok how do I put this after resto It wouldent run,changed the plug run good for awhile then jus recently it would pop and hesitate at hi speed just slightly now it fires but doesent idle billows smoke (grey maybe white)
pops and sputters (runs hesitantly and only if i roll throttle).
I will buy another plug tomorrow,the coil is fine ,reset pulse air gap,need to get timing light and fitting to fit my comp.tester to test compression,plug wire is fine and I know I need to get another carburetor
I havent taken carb off yet and the plug is off my 350x which isint the right plug its a champion RA6HC instead of a RA6YC but it did run great
untill now Ill get an NGK tomorrow if they have em in stock .
So any ideas on what may be wrong ?and is there any thing I havent covered The rings and comp should be fine when it was running good it never smoked so I think the smoke I have now is fuel related.

Try cleaning out the carburetor.

yep yep just got my plug put it in fired on first kick run fine fer a minute or two then started sputtering and smoking again frikkin fouling out my plug carb got worse its dumping too much fuel and fouling out the plug i knew i needed a new carb cause its permatexed together (frankensteined) well there goes $150.00 fer the carb

un frikkin believable I drained the carb and for kicks and giggles I removed the 17 mm nut on the bottom of bowl lo and behold the frikkin main jet just fell out :shock: never the less there was no trash in the bolt
so I screwed the jet back in cleaned the plug and away we go had a great ride it still pops and hesetates just a little at full throttle but at low and middle runs awsome guess i need to break down and buy a carb. just because I dont like the frankestaind wood screw permatex mcgyver set up.
