determining bolt pattern?

can someone tell me the bolt pattern for 85 200m, 84 200s, 84 200x, and 82 200e? also a bigger help would be to tell me how to determin this myself (speacial tape measure or ruler) and at what points do i measure? thankyou

on wheel measure does the 3+3/4+4/5+5 represent the offset ? also what do the letters stand for on the Douglas side 3n+3n/4b+4n/3b+5n? thanks

i have a ral nice set of aluminum itp wheels for a 4-130 bolt patern
