I may be getting a US90 that has a froze up motor. What are some methods I can use to try to unfreeze it? I have no idea how long it has sat or why the motor is seized up.

Spray wd-40 in the cylinder and let it set.

Should I put the motor so the cylinder is vertical so it soaks all the way around?

Ya that would help as well. You can also use a heat gun to get the head warm this may help loosen it up quicker.

Aerokroil is by far the best for this.

YES, very good stuff!!

Mystery oil works great too. I'd stand it on it's end.

If it has sat, check the airbox for mice and the carb for mice house garbage.

Even if it frees up, usually rust sticks the rings and everything needs to gone through anyhow. But, at least you can get the cylinder off.

It needs rear tires too. What are my options there?

Round,with air...

The hubs are 3/100 bolt pattern so you are limited there.AMS makes steel rims for your trike. You could use stock rims.
Tires 18x11x9 20x11x8 22x11x8
23x11x8 maybe 24x11x8.
