Almost all the frames can use a different front end. I have seen the SX with a 200X, 250R and a 350X front end on them.

Because the rear suspension is so inadequate, the 200X front end is the best match of the 3 available and a HUGE improvement over stock, The disc brake i great. Be prepared to weld steering stops on the 250SX frame or the new front end will hit the tank before stopping.

The 250R front end is too tall for the SX.

i am trying to do the same thing and the bolt on the back of the 200x triple clamp hits the steering stop on the 250sx frame which one should i grind off and what other complications will run into?

and will old rim and tire still fit between the new forks?

Yes, the old SX steering stop have to be ground off and new stops installed. A junk 200X frame works great, but a band saw an .1875 0r .250 steel can make some up easy. Search the posts on this conversion, it can be done half azz or well.....

Yes, but you can't run the drum brake, there is no "boss" to hold the outer plate. And you can use the stock spacers and shim them with I think 3/8 black pipe. Better to grab a 250R, 200X or 350X front rim/tire/hub and get the disc brakes working on there.

i got the hub, axel and disk brake i was just if the old rim and tire would mount on the 200x hub (same bolt pattern?)

No, I don't think the front hub is the same bolt pattern. Nor would it have the same offset.
