Sandblasting usually gets rid of all the rust in tight corners. Also, you can use electrolysis (if you have a tub big enough).

The electrolysis will only get rid of rust, no paint.

the paints no problem its the rust like down in the bottom end of the frame were the engine goes, its so hard to get the rust out of.

Yeah then it's perfect. The tub only has to be big enough to cover whatever part you need de-rusted, so concieveably you could use anything as long as you could cover the rusted part with the water/baking soda and the tub wasn't metal.

I've always used a good paint stripper gel with good results.. just kinda messy tho...
Ever hear of naval jelly? wire brush as much of the rust off as you can and apply that stuff. you can then paint right over it. works good.

You can use a rust converter for the tight spots if you can blast or sand them.

they have this orange stripping gel at walmart. it's biodegradeble and all other kinds of nonsense.
don't let the citrus scent fool you, I accidentally got some on syko's epoxy paint. 10 minutes later I was looking at bare metal...
you brush it on with a paint brush, wait, and then wipe it and the paint off.

the stripper in a rattle can works good.. But don't expect it all to come off in one shot..the first time takes off the majority.. usually it take 2-3 times and 3 cans should do it..
