200X value?

Found a 200X for sale locallyhere is the description:

"I have a 1986 honda three wheeler for sale it is a 200cc fast and fun. needs a good home,i am selling it because i am starting to drive and dont have any time to ride it $700 or best offer, i might except a older honda four wheeler "

What is a decent 86 200X worth? I was thinking of offering $500, would that be insulting? I'm a Yami guy and don't plan on converting to being a Honda guy but it might be a fun trike :)

For an '86 that might be a little low, depends on overall condition though.
If the plastics are good and it doesn't smoke, I'd say $700 is definitely fair, if you can get it lower than that, then it sounds like a good deal.

Thats how it all starts, lol...... Pickle, around these parts 700 is a very good price... especially if its a decent rider. But then again, up here seems like the sport trikes are outgunned by Big Reds 10:1, lol. If it turns out to be a nice bike and you pick it up you won't regret it, my 86 is definitely my favorite ride. Great motor, nice suspension and super reliable. Excellent woods bike. good luck.
