No, but its MOST unsafe. Look at the seat height in relation to the handlebars! That machine is a rollover accident in the works.

Nope never seen a lawnmower engine in a 3wheeler frame. Looks goofy. Didn't they make that on jnkyard war's?

They pop up on ebay every few months, i think they are some sort of engineering utility trike, not sure though.
