i am sanding some tri moto fenders. 150> 220 > 600wet>1500wet>2000wet. then acrylic clear coat (dupli-color from NAPA). First time so i cant vouch for the clear coats durability but if you get up to 2000 grit it has a bit of a shine already but not like this.

Holy *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* !!! They are amazing. They were nowhere near yellow. Good job. The clear should hold up for awhile and help keep it clean.

I wouldnt use clearcoat spray paint on plastics. You have to remember that clearcoat is a type of paint and will try to bond with your palstic. When your plastic bends its just gonna crack the paint and flake off. I used Maxium SC1 clearcoat. It contains silicon that absorbs into the pastic to keep them flexible.
